¿Do you relate to hard-to-please relatives in your life? Hello there. I'm looking for common ground between PWS or to know if this just happens to me. My mother and my brother has a strong "male" personality. Authoritarian, angry, little patience type. They always boss people around and tell them what to do. They always seem to know better. Very inteligent and rational. They are really hard to please and prefer living alone that in company. Myself is quite the opposite. I mean I have some common stuff for sure but I´m not all about that. Since they are my big brother and my mother I have always try to had their grace and approval. I make a personal task to please them the best I can. And I become very good at. I was like a multi-mask person in the sense that I took the personality that suit the best to please them according to the moment. I think that type of mentality stuck on me to this day and to the whole world. On my job, with my friends, my girlfriend and his family, etc... I always seek the approval and to please other people. I´m the last in line. Maybe when my mind senses that getting the other person approval is at jeopardize, it shut itself to prevent this to happen and the block occurs. ¿Do you feel related? ¿Or is just me?
