They help in the moment. I recently made a post on my experience on something. It helps but it doesn't last I've tried basically everything. HOWEVER. There is a possible cure from psychedelics but that's required in high dose and push yourself to an ego death and being reborn loving the world. Along side that. The stutter goes away. I'd recommend researching a guy. I forgot his name. He done this and it cured his stutter. Idk how accurate it is tho but one day I'll try it when my mental state is ready for such a trip
