Although I think the reason why OP is having trouble finding a partner is because of confidence and not his stutter I think this is why specifically he targeted at men. GENERALY men are expected to make the first move and if you introduce yourself to a women and stutter horrible on your name that won't come off as confident and even uncomfortable to someone who doesnt talk to stutters as much. There is a reason why prince charmings fall into your hands and not princess charming.
