Yes. This is known as TBI (traumatic brain injury) induced stutter. It is more common then you think. My wife is an SLP who specializes in stuttering and they see it quite often. If you believe this to be the cause, I recommend seeing a professional for diagnosis, and can be manageable with therapy.
