Finding a new job is NOT the answer because OP could have the same foolish behavior at their new place of work. I agree with reporting the behavior to your HR department and supervisor of you feel harassed and bullied. If this doesn't resolve the issue there's higher ups you can discuss this issue with. I assure you no business owner wants that type of workplace behavior going on amongst their employees.
