Oh yikes about the Vitamin A! Good to hear you're all well. You gotta watch it, thankfully B1 is safe. The most I took was about 2000 mg in a day, but I'm a taller/bigger guy. Is the B1 still working? I'd love to see updates. So.. I think you mentioned you worked in sales/customer service, am i right? If so, your stutter couldn't have been all that bad, could it? You mentioned lions mane, I haven't heard of that. I've tried everything from speech therapy millions of times (it seemed like), speech easy device, pagaclone, xanax, hypnosis (which i think is better than speech therapy btw), reiki, CBD, and a ton of vitamins through out the years. I'm just trying to get ideas. I'm getting back on B1 and pairing it with CBD, so we'll see. There HAS to be something that would reduce it. I know most people that stutter DON'T stutter when they're alone and just accept that, but I'm not one to accept that, i think it's INSANE how I CAN'T stutter when I'm alone.
