I've got good news and bad news. The good news is, your stutter didn't cause the blocking, head jerk, or eye closing. Bad news is you began doing these behaviors at some point, consciously or unconsciously, and now they might be automatic. The other good news is, since there are learned behaviors, they can be unlearned. This is obviously the much harder part, but it can be done if you start slow and build upon very small baby steps
