How stopped blocking. Just wanted to put this out there. Myself and my friend who stutters both had this experience, hoping it helps someone because there's alot of comments about blocking. Blocking isn't stuttering, it's you fighting the stutter. If you let yourself stutter the blocks go away. I used to have lockjaw blocks with drool coming out at the beginning of every vowel. Dude, it was hell for decades. Now I just stutter and it doesn't interfere with my life that much. It takes practice to find your actual stutter after covering it with blocks for so long but it gets so much easier.
