We all do - the thought is that our name belongs to us..we're not able to substitute another word to replace it or escape the situation. You have to say your name, one way or another. I usually end up stuttering and get the whole "ha ha you forgot your name!" deal. It's happened enough that it doesn't bother me anymore.
