Thanks for sharing what you're going through. I've the opposite problem. Before the lockdown, I was used to being around lot of people in the office, and making small conversation (in break room, or just in passing). I felt more fluent simply because I was doing lot more talking. But after quarantine started, only conversations I have are in formal meeting with multiple people, with minimal small talk. So I feel more restricted and anxious about those calls, and stutter a lot more than what my coworkers are used to. I've stopped drinking coffee in an effort to reduce anxiety.
