Extreme difficulty with memory and putting sentences together?

Extreme difficulty with memory and putting sentences together? Hello! I have a question and wanted to see if other people have the same issue! I've stuttered all my life but recently my stutter came back really bad because I'm super stressed out. I noticed that when my stutter is bad I have an extremely hard time remembering words and their spellings (thanks spellcheck!) as well as extreme difficulty putting sentences together-not because I can't say the words (although that's obviously a problem too!) but because my thought process feels so disrupted that my brain literally can't put a sentence together. Usually I'll start a sentence and the stop halfway through because I can't find any of the words to finish it. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this with themselves or knows the reason behind it?
