See that's the thing with me too. As an individual I am extremely driven towards my own personal goals as well. Career, wealth building and lifting are all things I focus 80-90% of my energy on. Like you, I also really hope they pay off where I can say I did it. But really when I see my friends on Facebook enjoying themselves and having those interpersonal relationships I can never seem to have that really stings. And your right I dont have alot of control over it unfortunately. But sometimes I just feel like I might be able to break. I might not feel alone. I don't know though. Its all so vague and clouded as a stutterer. You just never know. Thanks for your advice.
