I live in small town Louisiana where the population is under 1.2k. For the first 15 years of my life I thought no one else had a stutter. I did some research and found out about the NSA. I kept telling myself that I was going to go to one of their meetings, but I could never find time. Two days ago, for the first time in my 23 years, I met, not only one, but five other people who also had a stutter. I became so overwhelmed, that I started crying right there in the Chapter meeting. I finally felt like I wasn’t alone.
