Sometimes trying to hide it makes it worse. Have you ever seen the shirt that says I s-s-stutter? It puts it out in the open and once you see that it’s ok to stutter it won’t hurt as much and then over time you will begin to speak easier. Tl;dr embrace stuttering, trying to hide it makes it worse. I’m 39 and I can’t share much successes because I’ve tried to hide my stutter my whole life. I feel like I stutter the easiest when I am talking about my stuttering. Sometimes just throw it out there. Tell people you’re working on it and I promise it will get easier. The catch22 of stuttering is you’re blocking because you are trying (forcing/tension) to not stutter. So in other words the stuttering is being caused by you trying not to stutter. 🤔 Life isn’t fair and we all speak different. Approach life a little different and run with it. My favorite quote from the movie rounders- “we cannot run from who we are…” Speak easy and good luck
