Sometimes we need some harsh love in order to get better. It’s ok to talk fast but in order for you to stop stuttering (if you ever want to stop) you need to slow down and use full stops every 1-5 words when you talk. If you master that way talking using stops.. build up where you speak in short burst (fast talking) but still using stops. There’s more to this but it’s a brief explanation.
