Thank you for sharing. Most importantly, you need to seek advice from a medical perspective. Secondly, we are all different in our speech journeys and it's not like one shoe fits all type of mentality. I can only speak for myself. Having said that, when I'm tired I don't stutter, when I get less sleep I tend to stutter more than usual. And yes, when I block I have facial tics/jerks. Reading out loud has proven very effective in my life and even more importantly, I simply do not pay attention to my stutter at all. I focus on living and being present in the moment. If I have a block, I pause, breathe, and then proceed with my conversation. The more I do this, the more successful I become. Just my 2 cents
