I saw a therapist for a few weeks earlier this year. It felt great to tell someone about all the private stuff in my life. And he helped me make some necessary changes that was needed in my life. My depression is still here, but my anxiety has gotten better and i have been stuttering less lately, partly because i have gotten a job and i speak more with people. I would probably not pay to see one, but if you could see a therapist for free or cheap i would definitely recommend it. The meetings felt a bit short because of my stutter though, it is hard to say everything that you need to say in 40 minutes if you stumble over every sentence.
