The best thing I found is to learn the English language at a much better level. Learn multiple words that mean the same thing. If you get stuck on one switch to another one or re structure the whole sentence, I do it all the time. If you were to pay attention to me talking, if I get stuck, you will realize the word I got stuck on, I didn't try the word again.
