I have way too much experience with this unfortunately. When I was a kid a punching a guy in the nose who made fun of me felt good 😂..but then you realize because of your handicap alot of people throughout your life are going to disrespect you and you can't fight or stand up for yourself everytime it's not practical. You can have firm boundaries and say you don't like that kind of disrespect but at the end of the day if it's somebody I don't see everyday and that's not in my life I ignore them honestly. If it's somebody that you see alot then you have to let your boundaries be known. As far as not being able to stick up for yourself. I'm naturally a laid back guy, but I just use the pent up pain & anger I have from my misfortunate life to give me energy to stand up for myself. If sometimes you don't feel like putting a asshole in his place don't sweat it, just get away from that person if your can.
