I know how you feel :C I'm getting speech therapy rn so I could share some tips: If you feel like stuttering the next word, let out some air. For example if you know you can't the say the word "fish", say "fehish". Seems pretty stupid but it's better than nothing Also try to find a rythm when speaking, for example take pauses like in a poem. Good luck :D
