I pull my tongue out of my mouth when I stutter. Is anyone else like that?

I pull my tongue out of my mouth when I stutter. Is anyone else like that? Hi, I pull my tongue out ,close my eyes and tense up my face in a forceful way when I stutter. I also block a lot... I haven't seen anyone stutter like that, so I'm just curious if anyone stutters like that??
