Should we become bully’s so we don’t get bullied?

Should we become bully’s so we don’t get bullied? I mean obviously if we’re bigger and stronger then whoever we’re bullying, but I’m saying should we just be bully’s and assholes so people don’t think we’re weak? I had a girl tell me “you need to talk louder so people don’t think your wea
