I agree about disclosing during interviews. I disclosed during a panel interview, and added that Thomas Jefferson, Moses, and James Earl Jones all stuttered yet went on to accomplish great things. And if they could, I could as well. I just said that to appeal to them, as I'm not at all a positive person. It was an act to make me appear more positive, but I got the job.
