I’m so sorry to hear that. I’ve never had an in-person job myself and honestly even if I tried I don’t think I’d get hired. It’s sad because some common advice given to people who stutter is that getting out in the world and interacting with people will make it better and boost your confidence, but for ones who have it as bad as us it’s like a recipe for disaster. Even if you come across the nicest people who don’t mind a stutter, I feel like it’s a completely different story when you have a severe block stutter. Nobody has the patience for that and I don’t blame them. I hope you can find a job that works out for you soon.
