I'll have to go back through it. Do you remember if the 10 auto-suggestions are in the auto-suggestions chapter? I read the whole thing and couldn't find anything. Similar question for the crutches. In the crutches chapter, he literally only lists them at the end. I have it in front of me right now. Are they explained in other chapters? I didn't read it cover to cover so if I am missing big things, then I will definitely look back into it. Like I said, I'm not looking to bash this book. It's not even that "it didn't work for me". I couldn't really find any info at all. The auto-suggestion seems to be something that could help, but I did not find any actual description.
