I felt the same way when I had to speak in front of the class. The absolute silence in the class when I spoke was almost frightening to me, and I was really, really scared of messing that up. But, I must say that unless your audience is composed by assholes and pricks, nothing bad will happen if you stutter. If those people known and understand you and your problem, they'll even value your effort!
