I think there’s always pros and cons. My husband stutters and is a very attractive man. There are situations where I’m sure that helps him, and I’m sure some people are more patient than they might be otherwise. But on the other hand if he’s being quiet people often assume he’s a jerk rather than thinking he might just be shy. We were friends before we started dating and I’ve seen women approach him and flirt with him then either get annoyed that he wasn’t talking or get weird and uncomfortable if he stuttered. So on the whole I’m sure being attractive makes things easier for people, including people who stutter, but it does also have its own problems.
