I was the straw that got a guy fired. At my last job. In my first week. I was talking with a coworker and stuttered and he mocked me similarly to how your drive thru person did you. When I confronted him, at first he laughed and then he was like "oh, I have a stutter too". I reported him and escalated it. Apparently other people had complained about him being a dick in general and my report was the last straw. On one hand I still occasionally feel bad that I got him fired, but on the other, fuck that guy, haha.
