Haven't heard of whom? If your taking about Dr. Christian, it's just the guy who's been interviewed in the video I linked about research on stuttering. If your talking about Hollins, then it's not person but speech rehabilitation center in the US that's been around since the early 1990's . I've been wondering this for a while now but how are you able to converse with me in English if you're Albanian? Are you using google translate, did you teach yourself English? Are you unable able to understand spoken English so you can't understand what's been said in the linked video? So many questions about your level of English. Just curious. And I want to clear up something. The Precision Fluency Shaping program developed by the HCRI mentioned earlier would only have participants reduce speech syllables to 2 seconds only at their facility. Your not going to speak like that in everyday life. Only when you're by yourself. The idea is that when you practice speech sounds or syllables long enough with reduced speech rate in the comfort of your own room, that it transfers to everyday speech. So you won't be speak robotically at all. Same thing with speech stimulability exercises. You only do them on your own time and the practice engages neuroplasticity in the brain, developing your coordination between the speech articulators. So I guess it works on your cerebellum.
