Ill clear things up for you. I live in a tiny country called Bahrain. The whole country is the size of a small town. So with that you get less job opportunities since there arent many places to work and your chances of getting a job decreases without a degree. There is also a lot of unemployed people here also looking for jobs. So with all that you can see why its a struggle to get employed here.
