The thing is I don’t fight it at all, It just happens and takes control whenever it wants. I actually do a lot of social things too so I’m constantly exposing it. It really isn’t me who’s the problem, it’s just my brain It’s just at odds with me lol. As for stress and doing things I like: I like gaming, films, TV. The issue with that though is I have a lot of responsibilities at home and at work so I barely have any time for it and when I do I feel guilty doing it because I feel I could be doing something productive. Now with the baby coming, that’s just gonna multiply 2X.
