I speak faster than I think

I speak faster than I think I don’t know if this fits here but I keep having this problem of where I’ll be in a conversation and I will stumble over words because I don’t think up the full sentence and what I’m going to say. I don’t know if it’s a more mental issue but it affects how I talk to most people.
