it's large groip of maybe 10 to 15 new people who attend a 3 day retreat with experienced members of the course z i.e. they also have a stutter and have sought help on the course, now they help others. usually the first day is like a group setting to teach the basics . search the you tube videos school for stammerers for more idea, or their website. it's so worth it. I had to say my name in a work meeting this week and did it! I still use the tools I learned 20 years ago beat the anxiety!
