Unfortunately that's not true, for both asthma and stuttering. They are similar in that there is a chance a child's condition may go into remission as they age, but this has nothing to do with the length of concentration and effort, and there is no guarantee. For adults still affected this is highly unlikely to happen, and the only "control" one can have is learning to better manage the conditions.
