I’m in a job where I have to say Numbers all day and I have a severe stutter 4-7 which is like every number you use. It’s frustrating but it literally makes you find ways to say the words. Also another option is text to talk machine or something along this lines. I don’t use one but dream of how nice that would be. If you get in just do it. You will grow as a person.
