I don't think stuttering has affected my vocabulary, I've always read a lot. After homeschooling 7th and 8th grade I had to take a re entry test going back to school and my vocabulary was college level. Of course that makes it more frustrating when I want to use a word but it doesn't flow off the tongue, so to say.
