Do rejection challenges. Our brain subconsciously fears rejection when we’re taking with certain people that it perceives as important. So it triggers our freeze response while speaking. Start with simple challenges like calling a coffee shop and telling them if you can return a coffee that you bought last week. Move on to harder and more fun challenges like approaching someone on the street and asking them for $100.
