When I used to stutter I would only go for girls that were fat and/or ugly if I’m being honest. I’m ok looking myself, those were the only girls I would go for since I most likely knew that there was low probability of rejection. Now I’m stutter free and I’ve been with good looking woman. Sadly you do have to be fluent in order to be witty/charismatic to attract attractive girls unless you’re super good looking yourself. You can try dating apps just tell them before hand that you stutter so they won’t feel off when meeting up. I suggest not to put selfie/ mirror pictures. Have someone to take pictures of you or have a professional photo shoot done to increase your chances
