If I don't stutter/stutter very very little around children and people younger than me, can I replicate that with adults. I don't stutter at all around children and people younger than me, but when speaking to adults, I get anxious, i feel it, my heart rate increases and i start blocking. What can I do to minimise this, and can i transfer the state i am in, when speaking with children/people younger than me/foriegners to everyday conversations.
