I'm having my ielts academic exam in the next few months

I'm having my ielts academic exam in the next few months Titles, i don't worry much about other skills but since my stuttering get extremely bad under anxiety so i'm worrying that i might not get even a 6.0 in speaking and it's depressing any of my motivation on practicing for the speaking exam. The only thing i can think of is getting a speech therapy but my parent say it'll eventually go as long as i keep practicing but i'm not seeing a glimmer of hope. Please give me advice, thanks yall in advance.
