I usually rerecord until it sounds just how I want it, but lately i've been trying to be less picky about it and be ok with showing some stuttering. I have a friend who purposely shows stuttering in his voicemail because it is a part of who he is and he wants people to know that (or at least not hide it). When i first heard it i thought it was very cool.
