This is such a bullshit that it is hard to comment it. No, you CAN'T achieve anything you put your mind to and you know what: that is TOTALLY FINE. I accepted my limitations and I'm happy but telling severly stuttering or disabled people such things is just offensive and lack of empathy. I meant no disrespect to you and your achievement.
