I would say it indirectly affects my writing/typing sometimes in that I feel like I can actually say what I want to say instead of worrying about difficult sounds, so I take longer to choose the words I use. Sometimes I'll rewrite an email five times before sending it, because I can take more care in the language I use to explain things rather than feeling restricted. Heck it took me like ten mins to write this comment haha. But it's not like our fingers "stutter" over the keys or anything.
