My sister has spina bifida and confined to a wheel chair. My mom is a fall down drunk. As disabilities go, stuttering isn’t so bad. Once I was able to reframe my beliefs about my disfluencies, frankly now I don’t give a shit. Filling my thoughts with positive thoughts always seemed to help.
