SAD (Seasonal associated depression) is a real thing for me. The cold weather here in Scotland mixed with the rain and ice makes me miserable and therefore stutter. I’ve noticed it a lot this summer. I’d feel so confident when it was sunny and when rainy days came, I was back to stuttering like usual
