You're creating falsehoods and contributing to people's understanding of stuttering/stammering. CAN stuttering a neurosis? Possibly. However, people with anxiety-causing stutters typically aren't in this subreddit. Furthermore, there's so much more evidence that is casual AND correlative with developmental or physiological etiology. To understand the etiology, you can then understand the physiology and come up with a solution. Saying stuttering is a "neurosis" is not only incorrect, but completely invalidates thorough and effortful systematic research and science
