Trouble with vowels and starting sentences

Trouble with vowels and starting sentences I'm 22 years old and, like most people here, have had a stutter for most of my life. Short vowels sounds have always given me trouble especially the "e" sounds. Another thing with me is that I have trouble starting a sentence but can remain relatively fluent once into the sentence.I was wondering if anyone here experiences something similar or has any tips on how to move past these.
