Idea for potential anti stuttering device with help of ai I find that often when listening to a person with a stutter getting stuck on a word, u know what word they are going to say based on the context. Predicting the next word in a text is essentially what large language models are trained to do. So what if u get an ai to say the word you are stuck on thorugh an earpiece so u can say it in unison with the ai and get the choral effect. This would be an imoporvment over the anti stuttering devices already on the market since they are repeating after u, hence u are the one doing all the heavy lifting. With this new device u are repating after the ai making the word much easier to say. When u arent getting stuck on words the device could work as a normal anti stuttering device i.e. repeating after u since there will always be a litte delay with the ai prediction. Plus ai:s have alreday been trained to recognize stutter for potential usage.
