Kinda same here (17M) this was never the case when I was younger as I could be alone speaking to myself out loud with no worries but as I’ve grown up even recently when I catch myself speaking saying thoughts aloud I tend to stutter. Along with singing and stuttering I tend to stutter but rarely.
