I change my perspective on how I’m feeling. When I’m stressed or scared or anxious about talking I remind myself that that panic feeling is actually my body getting prepared for me to do great. My heart racing is actually good because it’s getting oxygen filled blood to the rest of my body to prepare me and to make sure I’m A-Ok with whatever I need to do. That really helps me because That feeling will never go away so I see that it as a good feeling not a bad one.
